Step by Step

Four stages, one plan.

Each stage is shaped by facial analysis and a clear read of your goals, so the finished smile belongs to your face rather than competing with it.

Step One

Consultation

The first visit is dedicated to understanding — your face, your bite, and what you would like to change. Dr. Atwal completes a full assessment with digital scans, photographs, and a clinical examination, then talks through what is realistic and how it would be approached. No treatment is decided until the picture is complete.

Step Two

Smile Design

Before anything is altered, the smile is planned in full. Working from your scans and facial proportions, each tooth is mapped for shape, length, and balance, then shown to you as a wax design and mock-up. You see the intended result — and approve it — while everything is still reversible.

Step Three

Preparation & Temporaries

With the design approved, the teeth are prepared conservatively and fitted with custom temporaries built to the agreed plan. These are fully functional and let you live with the new shape, length, and proportion in everyday use. Anything that needs refining is noted and carried into the final restorations.

Step Four

Final Placement
