Step by Step

Four stages, one rebuilt smile.

Full-arch treatment is planned from the face down, so a fixed set of teeth restores your appearance and your bite together, in as few visits as the case allows.

Step One

Consultation & Examination

The first visit establishes the full picture. Dr. Atwal assesses your facial structure, remaining teeth, gums, and supporting bone with a clinical examination, 3D imaging, and digital scans, then talks through what a fixed full-arch solution would involve for you. Everything is explained before any decision is made.

Planning begins once records are complete

Step Two

Treatment Planning

Your case is then planned in detail, away from the chair. Using your scans and 3D imaging, implant positions, tooth design, and the final bite are mapped and rehearsed digitally, with a surgical guide prepared in advance. The day of surgery is fully planned before you arrive.

Step Three

Implant Placement & Same-Day Teeth

On the day of surgery, the implants are placed to the planned positions and, in most cases, a fixed temporary set of teeth is fitted the same day, so you leave with a smile. Over the following months the implants integrate with the bone, while the temporaries let you eat, speak, and heal in comfort.

Step Four

Final Restoration

Once the implants have fully integrated, the final prosthesis is made and fitted. Fit and bite are confirmed with you before anything is finalised.
